In Autumn 2018, many of you took the opportunity to recognise the work of your colleagues who have improved the care and experience of our patients, and those teams and leaders who you are proud to work alongside, by nominating them for one of the awards.
In the nominations we read about the fantastic work you all do for our service users and carers, and the support which you offer each other. We read that every day, so many of you demonstrate our Trust values in action, with positive and respectful behaviours that ensure we are all working together for better mental health.
The award categories have been chosen to keep the field as wide open as possible to ensure clinical and non-clinical teams and individuals from our wide range of services, localities and directorates, all have a fair chance at winning an award.
The shortlisting team completed the challenging task of reviewing and assessing all the deserving nominations, and the finalists have now been chosen by a panel of judges or staff vote – ensuring you have an opportunity to tell ‘our Trust’ what you think marks out individuals and teams as ‘excellent’.

The winner and the highly commended nominees in each of the awards categories will be revealed at a celebratory event at Trinity Park, Ipswich on 21 March 2019.
