A. Although you may want to take some of your own photos, please limit any flash photography to the breaks. You will see a professional photographer documenting the event throughout the evening and there will be an opportunity to order a photo or two for you to share with your family and friends. There will be a small charge for the images, but all profits will go towards the cost of the event. Look out for details on how to order copies in your event programme.

Q. Can I leave my car at the hotel overnight?

A. Rather than drive, if you decide that you would like to get a taxi/train home, or share a lift with a colleague, the hotel are happy for you to leave your car overnight and collect it the next day between 9am and 4pm.
